TiE-Pittsburgh is a not-for-profit organization and depends on the support from its sponsors to maintain its projects, events and activities. The organization is recognized for its informative and effective events, exclusive networking receptions, and its mentorship forums catering to young or established entrepreneurs.

TiE-Pittsburgh strongly believes in its philosophy of "giving back to society through promotion of entrepreneurship" and therefore limits sponsorships opportunities to companies who also subscribe to similar philosophy.

In addition to supporting entrepreneurship and economic growth, here are some of the key benefits of becoming a TiE-Pittsburgh Sponsor:

• Direct access to the entrepreneurial community in Pittsburgh and introduction to TiE chapters worldwide.
• Option to host one or two events on your turf, in your office building or a place of your choosing and ability to distribute promotional material at the event
• Input in deciding event topics, and opportunity to participate on panels.
• Invitation to a handful of executives of your company to attend all TiE events. (Non-sponsoring service providers are discouraged from attending)
